Gay Innuendo

So I'm watching Million Dollar Password tonight, hosted by Regis Philbin. During the second round there was a rather effeminent sounding man (by the name of David Hodorowski) playing with celebrity contestant Tony Hawk. The first password was "worst" (which this man had definitely been during the previous round). This brought to mind a scene from Family Guy where Peter is playing Password with Tony Randall:

Announcer: "The password is 'flaming'."

Peter (in traditional long drawn out Password-style): "You..."

Tony Randall: "Actor."

Peter: "You..."

Tony Randall: "Tony."

Peter: "You..."

I've always found that funny for the obvious reasons. I so desperately wanted the exchange between this man and Tony Hawk to go like this:

Tony Hawk (in traditional long drawn out Password-style): "You..."

Effeminent Man: "Flaming."

Just the thought of that made me laugh out loud (much to the surprise of my wife.) Just a couple of passwords later the password was "give" which was followed by this exchange:

Tony Hawk: "Receive."

Effeminent Man: "Give."

That exchange had me in stitches for at least a couple of minutes ... my wife swears it was five to ten minutes. Maybe you had to be there. My wife does think it was funny, just that my reaction was over the top. Whatever. It was funny.
